I found iWebTool as a good name on internet while browsing with some good reputation, but when I visited to give it a try it didn't work in my case. And on digging I came to know that from couple of years it is not working. Only blog / sites with atleast of 100 backlinks are able get their future predictions, but as I say this tool is dead but you can go ahead on your choice.

This site can surely make anybody happy, because whenever I use it for any of my domain, it gives a high PR. According to Seomastering, their prediction is only based on the number of backlinks and their authority. But as we all know Pagerank is not only the game of backlinks, but you can use it to get rough idea. This site also is also loaded with dozen of more free online seo tools so I will recommend you to give it a try.

This tool is quite younger in comparison to other Future PR checkers and its calculated PR is also more trustable. NextPR calculator is also based on quality and quantity of backlinks and with PR they will also show your websites daily visitors.
But if you want to get know my point of view about them then, I would say you can use them for fun and for to get rough estimate of your blogs / websites Google Pagerank. Because Google pagerank not only depends on the backlinks it also include other factors likely content quality, website/domain age, page load time, number of visitors, etc.
