Google AdSense Introduced New AdSense Homepage | Feedback

Just few hours ago before I started writing this post I saw a popup box titled Introducing the new AdSense home page when I logged in to AdSense account to check daily earnings report. In a popup box Google AdSense briefly introduced a new clean design of Home page equipped with additional useful day-to-day information. To get started with new look you just have to click on I'll give it a try button. Following is the screenshot of actual popup box.

The AdSense homepage new UI looks quite clean and modern, even at first glance I thought that maybe it is responsive but actually it is Not, lol.

Well literally speaking I really appreciate the AdSense homepage new design because of the addition of some useful features like Top sites and Top platforms on front page that really helps to get know quickly about the estimated revenue share by website and device.

In new UI AdSense also abolished the sidebar from left and has moved its items like Payments, Account settings, Messages and Policy violations into a new gear icon that appears in navbar on right side.

Under the new gear icon on click, you will find:

  • Settings: Account related actions and personal information.
  • Status: Account notification, optimization tips and more.
  • Payments: Payment related actions and payments history.

The advantage of addition of gear icon is that by use of it you can access to any of the pages (mentioned above) directly from any page without going back to home page first (in old design) because, the gear icon is accessible from every page.

Now there are few things also which I didn't liked in new design of AdSense homepage. The piece of information which is not accessible from homepage and which I really missed too is the absence of information about CTR, CPC, Total number of clicks, and section of Finalized earning with balance status. Oh boy (Google AdSense)! you just spoiled all of the fun and attraction of new interface by this mistake. C'mon I need these features back. At-least CTR and CPC has so much importance, as they help publishers to manage the number, type and position of ads on blog.

Well in case you didn't liked AdSense home page new interface then you can revert to old design any time by clicking on Revert to previous homepage button appears at bottom-left corner of page.

In last as always don't forget to share your experience and thoughts about AdSense homepage new interface. Cheers!
